2005

It wasn’t until I was 33 that I finally stopped pretending everything was okay. By then, I had already been through a divorce, escaped an abusive relationship, battled eating disorders, and survived years of suicidal thoughts and self-abandonment. I was stuck in a loop of self-sabotage, believing I wasn’t the kind of woman who got to live a good life. I thought happiness, confidence, and fulfillment were for other women—the lucky ones, the beautiful ones, the ones who somehow had it all figured out. But not me. I believed I was just meant to survive, not thrive. That life was pain, and I just had to endure it.

But slowly… something shifted. I began making small decisions for myself. I saw glimpses of possibility. I realized I could choose differently. I started taking responsibility for the life I was creating—and for the first time, I saw that I could change it. At 35, I met a mentor who told me the truth I needed to hear: the reason my life felt like a fight… was because I was the one I was fighting against. That woke something up in me. I dove into mindset work, energy healing, and embodiment. I learned how to speak to myself with love. I lost more than just weight—I released years of programming that told me I wasn’t enough. And through that process, I didn’t just rebuild my body—I reclaimed my soul. That’s why I created She Rises. Because the moment you decide to stop fighting yourself… is the moment you finally rise.

Inside the app, you'll find your personalized caloric intake goals broken down into daily calories and detailed macros (grams of protein, carbs, and fats) — tailored to help you sustainably lose 1–2 pounds per week.

Your custom workouts are also housed here — complete with daily muscle group splits (like Chest & Triceps or Back & Biceps), detailed sets and reps, and video demonstrations for every exercise so you feel confident and clear. You’ll never have to guess what to do or how to do it.

As you log your food, complete your workouts, and track your cardio, I get notified in real time. I can see exactly what you’ve eaten, what you lifted, how many reps you hit — and I coach you accordingly based on what you’ve submitted. You’re never doing this alone.

We also have private 1:1 communication through WhatsApp, where we check in every Wednesday and Saturday.
